“Great stay, accommodation and breakfast was fantastic!!! ”

“Conveniently located hotel with good bones, but just no longer a five star hotel. The hotel is worn; draperies were sticky and in need of cleaning or replacement. Windows had smudges from other people’s noses and foreheads. The shower floor had grime and mildew. Employees kicked food dropped on floor under the food cabinets. Men’s locker room had at least 30 used towels on the floor. We recently stayed at the Four Seasons, which is a whole different caliber of hotel. Pan pacific is not there....

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. Having one king bed and one queen bed made it perfect for our family of four with two older kids. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. During our stay, my wife developed a blister after visiting the Great Wall, and the staff kindly provided alcohol-soaked cotton tips—such a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. “This is a cosy hotel and comfortable one. The bedware is so comfy that we all spent a good sleep after an exhasuting day. We spent 3 nights there and got recharging each day. The tradition chinese hutong style decors are wonderful and we love it. However, the wall painting in the bedroom is not as same as in the photos and we are of great disappointment, and according to the staff that it was a new renovation. “Has laundry machine inside. It's a bit tricky to figure out how to use the dryer, its one unit combo washer and dryer , not 2 separate machines. So best check with lobby if you are not sure :) Room is comfy and clean, has all the amenities needed ”

“Un bellissimo hotel con una posizione eccezionale. È vicinissimo alla piazza Tien’anmen e alla città proibita che sono raggiungibili a piedi. Ha due stazione metro comodissime. Ed è a un passo dalla via dei negozi Wangfujing. Gli spazi comuni dell’hotel sono magnifici. Le stanze molto grandi. Magari qualche aggiornamento al bagno e al sistema di controllo delle luci sarebbe necessario ma resta un hotel eccezionale, per livello di servizi e posizione. ”

“Almost everything was perfect. Remarkable clean apartment! Good location, working kitchen, washing machine etc... Good swimming pool. Breakfast was good for both Chinese and Western food. Quality of western pastries need to be improved. The only problem was with Wifi/networking. Wifi signal was weak in the room. Cell phone signal was almost zero in my room. Sometime it is not possible to get confirmation SMS. In the hotel lobby the wifi and cell phone signals are ok ”
