“Room was great, Applebee's inside hotel was delicious and the staff was wonderful. 19th floor view was amazing... We could see both the water front and down town city. Only issue we had was shower had a drip that lasted about 30 minutes after showering, that was hitting the metal piece in the shower and we weren't able to turn our heat down, 76°. Ugh! ”

We booked though Expedia , a specific room type for the space , when we arrived we were placed into a different class of room. When I went to the front desk to inquire the women working was brutally rude and swore she upgraded me with a better view . “Great hotel for the price. The $55 dollars for valet parking is pretty high considering the parking lot is 20 feet away from the front door. But overall in a good location from everything downtown.”

“Nice, clean although there is a $150 deposit when you check in and $35 for housekeeping if you use the service. Otherwise, I recommend the stay for the duration of a weekend. ”
