“Some confusion with checking into the proper room on arrival, but that was corrected, manager was helpful getting things straightened out for us.”

“The hotel was being taken over by new owners, The TV's did not work, no cable of any kind! Pool was not open at all as well it was in a state of disrepair! Also they had issues with wi-fi and internet access! the whole time we were there coffee machine did not work well as well! Although we had a million dollar view of lake Saranac and the mountains, lots of parking and close to other amenities! Bed's were comfortable, I'm sure at some point they will work out those issues and I was told...

“The desk clerk Sebastian was very nice and helpful. The room was ok but we found a dirty sock on the floor near one of the beds. The location was perfect for our needs.”

“We showered and put our towels in basket as asked. Next day we returned to house after the wedding and the towels were not replaced in our room so we couldn't shower. There was no direction provided on how to receive new towels. I just assumed they checked our room and would have replaced the towels. Over all I would stay again. It was a good place to stay and very quiet place”

“It was really bleh. I was in room 12, i paid extra for the jacuzzi tub and didn't even use it, it didn't look clean. The bathroom has a lower ceiling, if you're 6' and over chances are you dont fit in the shower. The amenities were bad. The carpet in the room should be removed. If anything ask for room 1 to 11. In 12 you are in a renovated garage, you have two rooms over your head and you are located in the center of a parking lot. I would not book again. The check in is all via texts so thats...

“The location was perfect! Close to all the attractions but a nice quiet location. Loved being by able to walk to the Whiteface Ski Resort. The view from the room was stunning. Our room could use a little updating but for the price it couldn’t be beat! The owners are wonderful! Always available and very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and we felt very comfortable there! We will definitely go back.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally caring, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay as comfortable as possible. They listened carefully to all of our requests and were always happy to help, which made us feel truly welcomed and well looked after. “What a great stay! We arrived very late so wrote to the staff when booking (in the amenities section) to text us about getting into the cabin so very late, and they did. And getting in was a breeze. Room is cute and cozy. Air conditioning worked perfectly, and so did the hot water for the shower. I assume the bed is a foam mattress, everything was new. Parking right along the cabin.
