“The location was very good. We had an amazing view from our room. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean but the floors were not. The outdoor pool was too small and crowded. Still we enjoyed our stay in Busan.”

I think some of the check in instructions were lost in translation, but check in was not super easy and there’s no flexibility built in the process. The room was clean and sufficient, but there is no bathroom door so the automatic bathroom light that comes on for those middle of the night bathroom trips can be disturbing.”
