Baite a Gaines

“One of the nicest cottages with everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. Spent lots of time outside. Enjoyed eating on the deck with covered canopy. My great neice enjoyed swinging. My sisters enjoyed sitting on the swing. Loved walking on the trail behind the cottage. Water in the stream was at a real low level. Did see a crawdad in it though. Saw a black squirrel. Enjoyed eating at a few restaurants in Wellsboro. Got to see the gas lights lite up at night. Also got to both rim outlooks....

“This cabin was so much nicer than we could have anticipated. And the location was absolutely perfect for our planned adventure. Communication with the host was pleasant and they sent all details well in advance of our check in so that we could be prepared. My kids are already asking to return to the PA Grand Canyon and want to stay in this cabin again!”

“Perfect cabin for our family! (4 adults, 1 Toddler!) plenty of space outside for the little to run around, and plenty of room inside! Tucked away far enough off of route 6, that it’s absolute peace, all you hear is nature! Also, hands down one of the cleanest VRBO’s we have stayed in!!! 10 out of 10, highly recommend!! ”

“The property was clean and the setting was perfect! We sat by the fire ring which was right beside pine creek. We saw an eagle on our first night. Then we hiked and rode our side by side all the way to Colton park. At the end of the day we relaxed in the hot tube. The host responded to all our questions in a timely manner and was very kind. “This cabin was perfect and had all the amenities one could ask. The state park is just up the road and it does get dark at night at the cabin. We were fortunate enough to have a clear night with an amazing view of the milky way. Great place for those who want to stargaze and don't want to bother figuring out camping at Cherry Springs. The nearby town is quaint and you can find just about everything at the local supermarket. We will definitely be back! ”
