Hotel in zona Galena, Floyds Knobs

“Avrei voluta dare 5 stelle, ma causa di tre inconvenienti ne ho date solo 4. 1. La tenda della finestra era bloccata e quindi non si poteva regolare. 2. Non mi hanno riordinato la camera. 3. La luce del letto per la lettura non funzionava. ”

“Typical clean Hampton Inn. Staff were excellent, plenty of parking, nice outdoor pool. Have absolutely no complaints.”

“Room was exceptionally clean and Shannon at the front desk was a joy to work with. Housekeeping went out of their way to add special touches to the room. Breakfast was basic, a couple of more choices would have been nice, but we didn't go away hungry. If you value cleanliness and a staff that cares, this is the place to stay.”

“The property was not clean at all, there was dust everywhere, the elevators were very dirty and there was no way to enjoy the pool or hot tub due to it being full of unattended children and we saw a hair extension floating in the hot tub.”

“I did not like how front desk dealt with me when I booked and when I returned to getkey for room booked. I was not informed of a few important things when I booked and I did not like the attitude I was given when I returned to get my key for room. The staff should be little more mindful when dealing with a calm and collected Guest.”

“The hotel was nice and the staff friendly and helpful. But the bed in 417 should be replaced along with the squeaky base. Water pressure in the shower was low.”

“The hotel is very nice; but after nine Jord on the road we were tired and just wanted to get in our room. We had to wait between football plays on the hotel tv to get the counter persons attention and get checked in. After we got the room, all was well”

“The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The staff at the desk was friendly. My only complaint was that one elevator was down. We were on the fifth floor and the hotel was very busy for Labor Day weekend so we ended up using the stairs a lot. It seems to me that there should be a service elevator as well as two guest elevators.”

“My family and I stayed at the hotel over the weekend and the young lady that was working at the front desk was so helpful! We had to ask for blankets, extra towels and some other things and she was very accommodating! Great service and the hotel room we stayed in was nice. We were in room 210. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom walls and floor look like they need some attention or maintenance.”
