“Scam, bugs, dirty, host is the worst. I would give this a negative if I could. Don’t believe me? Go check this out yourself. Maybe you get lucky and get one of the better rooms i wouldn’t know because the host isn’t helpful when you tell him problems. This place is a dumpster”

“This listing in Expedia is a scam. The room was nothing like what I booked in Expedia. Check in was horrible. They were slow and gave the wrong door code. The room was dirty. I moved out immediately and asked for a full refund but got no assistance. Expedia dropped the ball on this one. I still want my money back. The property manager changed her Vietnamese phone number because I kept asking for a refund and she kept saying she will ask the property owners. I will not book through Expedia again....

“The place was great I book 5 rooms all was clean and organized location was great I would definitely stay there again.slight issue I see being coming from America the setup is more like an air b&b and the host could supply more towels. Once you contacted the host they were on point with every thing you need and very helpful”

“The host cancelled our reservation 1h before earliest check in time and was unreachable by phone after that. We were in a taxa with our three small kids on the way to the hotel when receiving the cancellation and had to identify a new hotel downtown HCMC. CANNOT recommend this hotel!!!”

“深夜便での到着だったので、自分で鍵を開けて入れるシステムは助かりました。入り方もＬＩＮＥで詳しく説明してくれたので、迷わず入室出来ました。残念だったのは、施設詳細には「毎日清掃」とありますが、4日に1回だけと言われたことです。ただ、タオルは催促したら持ってきてくれました。場所は中心街からは離れていますが、周りにはおいしいお店も多く、ベンタイン市場も徒歩圏内です。”
