“As I was using a crutch, getting in with luggage was difficult. Providing a ramp on half of the front steps would be a help. However, the lift inside was good and the bedroom accessible in spite of a step to the bathroom. The hotel manager was always around and extremely helpful. Does he ever go off duty!! My room card did not work on the front entrance when I came back after midnight. Luckily another person arrived and used their card. And my card still worked on my bedroom door - didn’t...

“This was a modern, professionally run hotel. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Ideal location a 10 min walk into town but the Craig y Don atea has lovely places to eat and drink. We fad a gorgeous meal in the hotel. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Really enjoyed my stay at this property! Excellent variety of choice at breakfast. I personally enjoyed a full hot breakfast. The staff friendly and polite and the location of the hotel is spot on, a few minutes walk from the pier and close to all local shops and restaurents. I would definitely return to the Merrion Hotel!”
