“Stayed in room 6 beautifully furnished loved colour scheme great view of the pier and the sea from our window. Everything was very clean and the bed comfortable. Great breakfast each morning just a few yards down the road, think it was called Coffi. Parking is a bit of an issue. Would definitely use again. Thank you.”

“Good location. However when we arrived we were not given the type of room we'd reserved, 3 months ahead of time. The staff did not really care about what we'd booked on expedia after I showed the confirmation, they said it wasn't binding to them. The hotel was full so no other room was available. The room was fine, had a lovely view but we'd booked two beds so they had to bring up a single bed which obviously used up a lot of space. This distracted from our experience of expecting better...

“Nice hotel, clean and with polite staff, but if you list air conditioning among the amenities, it can’t just be a “cooling system” — and above all, if this is pointed out, you can’t simply say the technician won’t be able to come before tomorrow. The room was nice as well, but the fundamental duty of a hotel is to ensure a good night’s rest, and in this it failed because the room was too hot and the air conditioning (listed among the hotel’s amenities) was not actually there.”

“Personale molto accogliente e gentile. Camere moderne, pulite e dotate di tutti i comfort. Posizione eccellente, in pieno centro sulla strada principale, a due passi dalla stazione, dal Castello e da ristoranti e negozi. Nonostante la movida notturna la camera è molto silenziosa. Un hotel storico in pieno centro a Cardiff perfetto per visitare con comodità la città!!”

“È la seconda volta che prenoto questo hotel, soprattutto per la sua posizione strategica e la facilità con cui è possibile raggiungere i luoghi di interesse. Il personale è molto cortese; desidero fare una menzione speciale a Chiara, Event Manager, una professionista instancabile, competente e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta con gentilezza e attenzione. Le camere sono spaziose, ma iniziano a mostrare i segni del tempo. La moquette andrebbe rinnovata e anche il bagno potrebbe...
