“This was lovely hotel with great staff but no elevator which is why I gave it a 4 star rating. The staff were gracious in taking up suitcases and there was an “honesty” lounge on the second floor with drinks and food. One just wrote in a book what you used and paid on checkout. A beautiful breakfast was included. The room and bathroom were newly renovated v8 The location was very walkable to the train station and close to the stadium. ”

“La stanza è davvero molto bella, arredata con gusto e curata nei dettagli! Nonostante sotto ci sia un pub (e anche molto frequentato), si dorme più che bene. Anche la posizione è ideale, poiché con una breve passeggiata si raggiunge il centro. I ragazzi che ci lavorano sono tutti gentili ed in particolare Michael si è dimostrato pronto a risolvere qualunque problematica si sia presentata!! Pecca solo la pulizia della stanza, un po' troppo impolverata..”

“Check in was easy and the reception staff said let them know if I needed anything. I wanted green teabags and asked for them over 2 days about 4 times. Eventually, Georgia, the reception supervisor, put them in the room herself, so I had them for my last evening…… I’d asked for a walk-in shower but the water was lukewarm, and, although they said it had been fixed, it hadn’t, so two disappointing showers in 2 days! “Nice hotel, clean and with polite staff, but if you list air conditioning among the amenities, it can’t just be a “cooling system” — and above all, if this is pointed out, you can’t simply say the technician won’t be able to come before tomorrow. The room was nice as well, but the fundamental duty of a hotel is to ensure a good night’s rest, and in this it failed because the room was too hot and the air conditioning (listed among the hotel’s amenities) was not actually there.”
