“The hotel is located in a quiet residential area on a waterfront. It was between Cardiff Bay (15-20 minute walk) and city centre (15 minute walk). “It is ok but not enough lifts for so many rooms and people, sometimes we had to wait ages for the lift to arrive, plus on the weekend one lift broke down and there was only one lift working for hundreds of rooms.

“La stanza è davvero molto bella, arredata con gusto e curata nei dettagli! Nonostante sotto ci sia un pub (e anche molto frequentato), si dorme più che bene. Anche la posizione è ideale, poiché con una breve passeggiata si raggiunge il centro. I ragazzi che ci lavorano sono tutti gentili ed in particolare Michael si è dimostrato pronto a risolvere qualunque problematica si sia presentata!! Pecca solo la pulizia della stanza, un po' troppo impolverata..”

“A lovely hotel where you can feel the ancient atmosphere but where the rooms are perfect and fully refurbished. I found the staff extremely professional and polite. The position is perfect, walking distance to the main attractions. The railway station is not too far neither and I walked with my suitcase without issues. It will certainly be my first choice for my next trip to Cardiff.”
