“Place smelled horrible. Bedsheets were stained. Mold all over the shared bathroom. I found a pair of used underwear beneath my mattress. The place had not been vacuumed in ages. Very shocked Expedia would allow a place like this to remain on their website. ”

“Great couple of nights stay. Room was clean, beds comfortable and it was quiet. Didn’t have the breakfast but did have an evening meal in the restaurant which was nice. Would stay again and would recommend! ”

“I booked two rooms as a last minute stay. Immediately on bookimg I had two phone calls that I missed as I was in my way to the accommodation. I then received a text message to tell me they could not accommodate my booking and to cancel. I was adviced by Expedia not to cancel as this would be against the cancellation policy - I am still trying to get a refund and will probably have to esculate the process”

“B&B meraviglioso immerso nel verde della campagna inglese nelle vicinanze di Stoke on Trent e poco distante dalla M6. Camera ottima nella depandance, con bagno privato e piccola cucina a disposizione. Colazione inglese molto ricca. Nelle vicinanze: un tipico pub inglese e una cittadina con un supermercato e diversi negozi di cibo take-away. Ampio parcheggio. Proprietari gentilissimi. Wonderful B&B in the english countryside, nearby Stoke-on-Trent, close to the M6. Excellent room in the...

“Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. The kitchen is very well equipped, whatever you need, it is there. I will be sure to stay there again, when I go back to Stoke-On-Trent! Thank you very much!”

“Check-in was quick and simple, with directions to room given. The room itself, was very clean and lived up to the executive room type, with lovely decor and furnishings. The amenities were spot on, coffee machine, tea tray with lovely biscuits. Bed was big and very comfy, pillows were great. Breakfast was very tasty with a good selection and tge service was fantastic. Overall a great stay, thanks.”
