“This hotel is not maintained. It appears to be a stay for construction workers who leave trash everywhere. The parking lot had broken bottles and was unmaintained. The gals at the front desk were awesome. Room furniture is in poor shape with burned out light bulbs.”

“The room was NOT clean. It was the grossest hotel room i have ever been in. There were dirty handprints on the wall, stains and sticky stains on the couch- overall rundown and dirty. I am surprised at the rating for this property- it deserves a 1 or 2 at best. TERRIBLE AREA AS WELL. I WOULD NEVERSTAY HERE. My family and i left as soon as we saw the condition of the room.”

“The room was clean and comfortable with nice linens. Unfortunately the breakfast was sparse and disappointing (only fake egg patties and no meat). There was trash in the hall and the elevator is broken. ”

“Floor was dirty because door was not sealed properly. The shower in room 146 looked like something out of the Saw movie. I got moved to a new room. Floor still dirty. Hair on face cloth and a cockroach upon walking in. Needless to say, I did not get a good night sleep. Probably never stay at a Motel 6 again. Update your handicapped rooms, what a disgrace. ”

“The night manger was the most unprofessional and unfriendly person, but the whole staff follows suit. Yelled at when checking in. Never received confirmation of check out. The entire place smells like cigarettes. Dirty, disgusting, grimy. Don’t book this hotel.”

“My wife and daughter checked in before me as I was traveling in. The room had a horrible insect problem. Roaches, gnats, other crawling insects, some kind of stains on the bathroom sink, bathtub was in bad condition and the bathroom ceiling was falling covered in mold. Unfortunately I am not able to upload videos of the bugs just pictures. Asked to get moved to a different room but it smelled like cat urine. I will say the gentleman working and the owner were very helpful and understanding why...

“Great property and location. Always our go to in Amarillo. Always felt safe and welcomed. I haven’t had a bad experience at this property. I Highly recommend this and many other Marriott properties. ”

“The room smelled like smoke, the linens were dirty and every floor smelled like a gym locker room because the carpet smell old and terrible. Second and third floor ice machines broken, nothing being done to keep this property clean at a minimum. It's an old hotel that's been repainted basically and rebranded by Hilton Staff was nice”

“Horrible experience. Worst experience in a hotel. Booked our reservation 2 months in advance and showed up 3 house after check in and room was not ready and had to wait for 1 hour after driving 9 hours with young children. Staff blew off the situation and when escalated to the manager Mark he threatened to kick us out of the facility for simply bringing up the issue. First review I’ve left but this hotel and staff are horrible. Would not recommend and will never stay at this facility again. ”
