“It was fine. Nothing spectacular, though our room did smell a bit like urine when we first got in it”

“Weird smell in the 4th floor hallway… My room had a faint cigarette smell with a tinge of perfume and regret. Probably will stay elsewhere when I come back.”

“Elevator do not work Pool was empty Tubs were dirty Big puddle of water in our room Toilet was clogged They change our booking date and just canceled the whole reservation and told us to call Expedia for a refund.”

“Very poor breackfast”

“Room shows ware and tear. Toilet tank had crack top cover. Vanity sink has hole near drain. Room had an odor such that we needed to purchase room air freshener. Very minimal breakfast.”

“$200 for a night's stay. Room smelled bad. Dusty, grimy, dated, yellowish pillows. Should have slept in my car. Ah regrets...”

“We went to The Texas play in Palo Duro Canyon and the drive was easy from this hotel. Not many eating options in that area but we found fast food at Chik-Fil-A.”

“Check-in was perfect with a staff that was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great with a lot of options for adults and children. Pool area was lovely and our granddaughter enjoyed it very much. Very nice place to stay and we will definitely be back!”

“This is how it's done!! Check in was a breeze staff was so friendly even with a line at check in. Sheryl was absolutely wonderful and they are lucky to have her. She made our experience delightful and stress free which is what a trip is all about. We will definitely revisit !!!”

“The hotel was very nice, but they charged $33+ for valet parking per day & $18+ to park in a garage. If you wanted to park, you had to park on the street. Not very customer service friendly. Also, the door on our room would not close. We pushed and pulled it. We reported it to the staff, but it was not fixed. So, if someone wanted to force their way in, all they had to do was push the door. We latched in at night for safety.”

“Like: Location - close to I-40, easy access. Restaurants nearby, no need to drive. Staff - helpful, friendly Breakfast selection was okay. The room is 99% clean, didn’t feel a 100% cleanliness. Hot tub - had a hard time getting hot water. I think the faucet needs to be fixed. Overall we had a great time and we’ll come back again because of the location.”

“Let’s start with what was bad. Pool was not open on 4th of July week. Only one elevator was available for the entire motel. A/C was not working on the outer floors . Only one hand towel was in the room. Only one ice machine was working in the entire motel for all three floors. Breakfast sausage was way overcooked. And the real problem: we had a handicapped room on the third floor (which was really nice) but the elevator button would not call for the elevator!! We had to walk down to the second...
