“Woke up with multiple bites all over body and shower was absolutely not cleaned . There was no soap in pumper shampoo bottle. This is an upscale trying to be luxury hotel. The valet driver was stoned out of his mind. Only reason I gave 2 star was restaurant was actually really good. After seeing Amarillo this is better then most any other hotel around . Just be prepared for bug bites.”

“Check-in was perfect with a staff that was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great with a lot of options for adults and children. Pool area was lovely and our granddaughter enjoyed it very much. Very nice place to stay and we will definitely be back!”

“We arrived at this hotel at midnight, much later than we had would have liked. Initially, we had booked a cabin, but due to the dirty bedding and the absence of a property manager or staff, we were forced to leave. We were exhausted, having traveled for 11 hours with three kids. Walking into the hotel felt like a breath of fresh air.
