“Room bathroom had hair all over shower and in towels, bed was absolutely disgusting. requested new bedding and only got a top layer of sheets. asked for a refund after being unable to stay there for the night due to the state of the bed and was told there was no refunds as a response to every single one of my issues, not even an I'm sorry, just "no refunds" 3 times and nothing else. i might as well been an automated response. contacting days inn customer is absolutely no help either. never...

“I had a suite so I cooked in the room. They did have hot breakfast that others ate. The coffee was made fresh dailt. We had parking right outside our suite, we could see our vehicle and it was well lit.”

“The room was perfect for our stay to arrive for our daughter’s navy graduation early. The heater was awesome, the bed was comfortable, our stay here was awesome!! Thank Red Roof Inn Waukegan!! ”

“I would never stay here again. Rooms are old inside and need a remodel. The staff is ok, but very slow. This water park had too many people and not very enjoyable. I don’t agree with people in the surrounding area to be able buy a one day pass to visit the park. It was just awful and some of the swim suits should not be allowed. This is a family park not Las Vegas. Yuck to the whole experience. ”

“Impressed about the cleanliness of the rooms, but the following was disappointing: 1. The "drawers" were screwed shut and did not open. According to front dest, was on purpose. 2. Window locking mechanism was flimsy and felt unsafe for first floor. Definitely needs update. 3. Paper thin walls - heard all the neighbors until 4am and had to turn on television with a higher volume just to drown out the sounds from little ears. terrible night's sleep! People come to a hotel during travel for rest....

“Everything was wonderful except the walls are super thin. You can easily hear children run up and down the hall, and if anyone raises their voice you can hear that as well. ”

“The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also your normal hotel breakfast. Overall the entire team of staff was phenomenal.”

“Room was not clean, door to room was incredibly difficult to open. Door to building had broken glass and did not lock. Blankets and sheets had holes in them (like mice had been chewing?), paint was chipping in room, bathroom was old and dirty, towels were not folded so potentially used. Whole place not worth it ”
