“ The staff was wonderful the property and food was top notch and the views are amazing. We really enjoyed our time but on our last day we had planned with a friend to pick us up from the resort and bring us to the airport I called and informed the front desk the night before and gave my friends information. Car model, name and plate . They said it was perfectly fine, we then checked out the next morning. Our friend arrived and the resort and staff at the gate proceeded to harass him and stopped...

“The food is bad 30 minutes to get the meneu 20 minutes to get the food ”

“Big rooms with kitchen. One bathroom glass door was missing and one stove burner was not working. Ocean Views at the room are amazing but the beach is very dangerous and swimming is never permitted. We will not return. Staff was seldom nice only three were nice of many that we spoke with. Most employees were afraid of management. Too sad.”

They moved us to a second room that had no hot water & maintenance was unable to fix. We were charged for a missing bracelet that was never lost.
