“STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. ONLY REAL COMPLAINT IS THAT I AM A SHORT PERSON AND THE SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER WERE TOTALLY OUT OF MY REACH. THE LOCATION FOR THESE ITEMS DOESN'T MAKE SENSE TO ME AS EVEN AN AVERAGE HEIGHT PERSON WOULD BE STRETCHING. ”

“Breakfast was good and had many options. Staff working breakfast was very kind. Front desk staff was helpful. Pool not open til Memorial Day so can’t give 5 stars on amenities (yet). Convenient. Clean. Definitely would return. ”

“this was the absolute best place to stay in memphis! it’s exactly as shown in the photos, but somehow better? the room’s flourishes were so thoughtful. we were greeted by squirrels in the morning. the hosts were communicative & the whole process was smooth! we will definitely stay here again! oh & the shower.. the water pressure is perfect & the shower gel/hair products smell divine!”

“Staff was excellent. I was very disappointed with my room. The bed was soft and the location was not desirable. They put me right next to the fitness center. I asked to be moved and they refused to put me in a different room. it was very busy the first night of my stay even though they have quiet hours in the lobby.”

“Nothing here helped me relax. First room was okay, but fridge had food leftover from previous occupant and ceiling leaked over the bedside table. Second room was clearly a smoking room - it reeked of cigarette smoke and linens had cigarette burns. Shower did not work in second room. My police escort requested the room change because the first room was deemed a possible crime scene, but desk clerk was told to gove me this one. Too distraught from my previous evening's experience, I said...
