● Beach Access: Terramar Beach access point is a 30 second car ride or 3-4 minute walk away.

● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Terramar beach community pool— open Memorial Day thru Labor Day— and the boat launch and marina with the provided keys.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.

The main level great room is open and inviting, with airy vaulted ceilings and crisp white shiplap detail. The streamlined kitchen has wood tone cabinets topped with quartz countertops. A peninsula bar has seating for four people, and the dining table has additional seating for six. Pack up some snacks for the beach, serve a quick lunch to your crew, or prepare an elaborate dinner— the kitchen is fully-stocked and completely accommodating for whatever amount of cooking you want to do— or not do!

The primary bedroom is down the hallway and features a queen-size bed. An attached half bath adds a bit of privacy, while a glass door leads out to the sunny back porch. A second bedroom has another queen bed and twin bunk bed. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is accessible from the hallway. Game room fun awaits on the ground level, with a queen bed, twin bunk bed and full sofa bed, plus arcade games, a TV, half bathroom and washer/dryer!

For a blissful beach day, the access point for Terramar Beach is right around the corner, and the friendly community lets you feel like a Texas coast local. It’s also an easy drive to the Galveston Strand for dining and shopping, or to Pleasure Pier for amusement park fun.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 10 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
