Recentemente rinnovato a partire da ottobre 2019 !!! Vernice fresca in tutte le stanze. Nuovi tendaggi, trapunte e decorazioni. Bagno completamente ristrutturato con una nuova cabina doccia. Speriamo che vi piaccia.

Questo condominio è la vacanza perfetta per coppie o divertimento con la famiglia! I servizi includono una piscina rinfrescante con spa, splendida vista sull'oceano, a pochi passi da ristoranti e negozi. Delizioso condominio 1/1 può ospitare comodamente 5 persone con letto matrimoniale nella camera matrimoniale, l'alcova ha un letto singolo nel corridoio e un futon full size nel soggiorno. Offriamo una cucina completa con piano cottura e forno, frigorifero, microonde, lavastoviglie e piccoli elettrodomestici. Tv via cavo. Centrale aria / calore. Questa unità offre una vista sulla spiaggia e sulla piscina dal balcone e un parcheggio coperto è disponibile per l'uso.
Tutte le lenzuola, asciugamani da bagno, pentole, padelle, utensili, bicchieri e piatti sono anche forniti per comodità.
Goditi il balcone per la migliore vista della piscina, del Seawall e del surf sull'oceano. Non perdere i molti pellicani che volano informazioni proprio sopra il condominio sia di giorno che di notte.

NUOVO CODICE FISCALE E COLLEZIONE:
Dal 1 aprile 2019. Per tutti gli ospiti, abbiamo sempre riscosso il 15% di tasse, sia per lo stato che per la città di Galveston. A partire da ora HomeAway raccoglie solo lo stato del 6% del Texas. Purtroppo, dobbiamo ancora raccogliere il 9% della città di Galveston e rimetterlo in città per ogni affitto, come prima. Ma dobbiamo farlo tramite una fattura separata generata dopo la prenotazione. Quindi come ospite lo riceverai dopo aver prenotato. In realtà non ti costa più denaro come in passato, dobbiamo solo farlo diversamente.

Il complesso residenziale vittoriano è centrale in tutto l'isola, le spiagge sul lato ovest e est, i moli per la pesca, il parco acquatico Schlitterbahn, i Moody Gardens, il nuovo molo del piacere storico, The Strand e tutti i quartieri dello shopping.
Al momento della prenotazione ci sarà una tassa di pulizia $ 80.

Una nuova regola per il complesso nel 2017 dal team di gestione. Al tuo arrivo al check-in, ti verrà chiesto di pagare una tassa di $ 20 più tasse. Questo serve per ricevere il pass per il parcheggio, i codici gate per le piscine e la password WiFI. Abbiamo effettivamente ridotto la nostra tariffa notturna alcuni per contrastare questi costi che hanno imposto alla tua visita. Mi dispiace per quello.

    Fantastic location to a great beach with near by shops, restaurants, bars, and other places to simply stroll and hang out. Clean condo with great amenities and friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again!

    Overall it matches the pictures, and is inexpensive. But the unit was dirty, not well taken care of, and the owner gives detailed instructions on how to lock the door. If you know the locks are an issue to where you have to add it in your check in instructions you should probably just get new locks for ease of mind of guests.

    The Victorian condos are a wonderful place to stay in Galveston. This is a one Bedroom unit has a view of the adults only pool, which for my stay was very nice. However, the furnishings are quite dated, there were a couple of roaches spotted, and the outdoor furniture could stand to be replaced.

    I rated decent, because you are across from the beach, the condo was decent enough. The condo had a weird smell. Seen a roach in the kitchen, hair in shower over drain. Other than that we were not in the condo unless we shower or slept. Oh and my husband accidentally lost the key so we locked ourselves out. We will pay for the $3 key however we need to unless our deposit is kept. We stayed on beach or touring most of the time. It does need some upgrades completed. Better house cleaning. We left how owner asked us to leave it. It does get super cold at night.

    We’ve stayed at the Victorian several times over the years and as always, it was wonderful! The condo was clean and smelled good. The living area is a lot roomier than other condos we’ve stayed in and it has a large balcony. Highly recommended for a getaway!

    My daughter and I love to fish and the location of the property is perfect to walk to the piers and beaches. This unit had all the amenities that we needed and was ideal. We will be looking again for this when we come back, thank you!

    We got to the condo it was a lot smaller then what it looked like online . I don’t know who the cleaning person is but it was not clean when we got there . But we cleaned it before we left.

    The owner said I destroyed his property with no proof and charged my card 150 oh let’s not forget an how he said I tried to change his thermostat to change the air temperature when he had it in a closet that’s not secured and my toddler had it and I left it on the table for him so he want feel like it’s missing. But instead just assumed I’m in there working on his property when we wasn’t even in there only to sleep and eat I’m not here to stay in your house I got my own house to sit in

    The property manager was very good at responding to messages before and during stay. The Fee for the property pool has gone up to $35. There where small things with room which could of been better but still had a blast and great location! I would return.

    I loved the town we had the beach in front and a Walmart. but the place lacks cleanliness and maintenance, I had a lot of trouble opening the door, when cleaning, the microwave was dirty, the kitchen, the bathroom, the good thing is that we only occupied the place to sleep, we did not cook because the rest of the time we spent outside, my son and I. Apart from that, I always like to carry my own pillows, sheets and towels, but in reality I do not recommend it, I also did not enjoy the little sleep that I got from the next door neighbor who made a lot of noise, knocking on doors and talking very loudly, everything could be heard

    The condo was cute, as advertised on size and accommodations. It was nice that there were pool toys and boogie boards and lawn chairs provided, that was a pleasant surprise. I would say the furniture, especially the beds and futon could use updating. Just enough room for our family of 5. The condo owner was easily available and helpful all along the way. As far as the property: The front desk was busy when we arrived to check in, and subsequently rushed us through, spoke fast and was annoyed when we asked for more clarification on necessary information. 3-4 different codes to keep up with to navigate the property, which was a hassle. One of the elevators in our building was malfunctioning, the doors only opened as wide as our shoulders. My husband had to manually push it open just for us to get out, injuring his hand. We told the front desk, and it was not resolved during our stay. Pools were nice, hot tub was large and plenty hot, and we always felt like the atmosphere was family friendly.

    The biggest issue we have with this condo is that it wasn't clean. I paid a $60 cleaning fee on top of the nightly rate, and I'm sure all those who came before me did, too, and the place just isn't clean. I have pictures to prove it. Secondly, it's listed to sleep 5, but the futon (that assembly sleeps 2) is broken and doesn't lay flat when pulled out. It is in a perpetual V shape when pulled out. And, with no linens. While the bedroom and cubby had linens and pillows, the futon did not. Good thing we took our own. There were 4 of us for 4 nights and there were 4 towels, 1 hand towel, 1 tea towel, and 1 dishcloth. Unless you are in the bedroom, there is no place to store your things - and no place for hang-up clothes anywhere. There was not a broom and dustpan so that we could sweep up the sand we couldn't help but drag in. The property itself is ok - the kids enjoyed the pool; we enjoyed being able to walk across the street to the beach. We had a good time and we made it work, but we would not stay in this unit again.

    Bad, first day I had problem with the cleaning all over was bad, we need to clean the shower floor before can take a shower, all the flooring were dirty. Then the refrigerator didnt work and was a replacement the last day we were there. AND FINNALLY the property manager or owner was very disrespectful when I told him the problems, he told me that I was only doing it to get a refund and that he did not believe anything I told him.

    It’s was a great stay. The property management was very friendly. They checked in on us through out our stay through text just to make sure everything was ok with our stay. Loved the view from our balcony and that they had plenty of seating on it for everyone. It was all in all a very wonderful stay. We were extremely happy with everything and will most definitely be back. The only issue we had was the WiFi. It kept going out but that’s the only issue we had. Thanks again for a great family vacation.

    The burglar bar had no lock, and the bedroom window was unlocked. This unit is in need of a deep cleaning. The dollar store sponge mop in the closet is not going to clean those dirty floors. The stove top burners need to be replaced. the pillows there are old and stained. towels stained old and thin. the balcony was very dirty a worn-out broom, chicken bone, dried up bird crap it doesn't seem to have been swept this year. Pillow busted on futon ant it was very uncomfortable to sit on, seems like mold stains on ceiling of the bedroom. Gnats flying around in all areas of condo. i called the manager and was told that Keith was coming back to mop the floors. When we returned Fabulosos smell was there, but that don't make it clean. Really the floors need deep cleaning it just looked like he ran that spouge mop in the closet over it again. We refused to take off shoes. I just can't believe the management have not fixed the cleaning issues in the previous reviews sense they are charging cleaning fees. I knew the condo was not updated but the place should be cleaned before and after every stay. Thank God we brought our own pillows and cleaning wipes.
