“First when you walk in it smelled like bad sewage. Then when I go upstairs there was only 1 small 2oz shampoo bottle. And on the beds no cover was located only sheets . I go downstairs and tell the old Indian lady I need 2 covers and have me attitude saying they are under the sheets ! I told her look there’s not ! I took a video and then talked bad upon her staff ! She was yelling and I asked for more towels and was being extremely rude ! Never again !”

“Hotel dall'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Camere spaziose e sopratutto molto confortevoli e pulite. Colazione abbondante e molto apprezzato il fatto che durante il giorno ci fosse il caffe sempre a disposizione. Utilissimo il computer nella reception con stampante annessa a disposizione dei clienti, nel nostro caso abbiamo avuto un problema con l'apertura di un file pdf (biglietto aereo) e la ragazza alla reception ci ha subito risolto il problema.”

“Basic room, it was clean, the remote for the TV did not work, the replacement remote they gave us did not work either, we just gave up. Ice machine did not work the first day, a minor thing, they did fix it. The breakfast they offered was coffee, some juices and prepackaged donuts. 7 out of 10 exp level.”

“We quickly asked for a refund and hightailed it out of there! Our room was muggy and musty upon entrance. Got the air turned on in hopes that would help. Went to the restroom where there was no toilet paper and no trash can. The shower and toilet were disgusting. Within 5 minutes of being there, I found bedbugs all over one of the beds and killed 3 roaches. When I picked up my bag to leave, 3 roaches ran out from under it. “Siamo stati sfortunati in quanto nella stanza accanto c'era una coppia che continuava a parlare fino alle 3 di notte (insonorizzazione inesistente). Abbiamo chiamato 2 volte la reception chiedendoli di avvisare gli ospiti di stare in silenzio.Alla fune abbiamo dormito poco e niente. Per quanto riguarda la colazione , non posso dire niente perché NON L'HANNO SERVITA! Neanche il caffè! Hanno semplicemente deciso di non farla quel giorno (nonostante fosse inclusa).”

“I felt a little mislead by this hotel. I assumed I'd get a classic Hyatt experience but received motel-level hospitality. The main redeeming quality is the location.
