“Checked in and had to undergo a pitch to sit on a 90 minute timeshare-adjacent presentation before we were given our room key. Sales person indicated I overpaid for my stay which was really discouraging. Bed for the “standard suite” was full sized and uncomfortable. Amenities were disappointing. Pool was mid, however, beach access was good. Property is ten minutes from decent food and groceries. Old hotel with old construction materials so a sliding chair and stomping kids could be heard a room...

“Worst courtyard I have ever been. ”

“Very disappointing stay. The room was not clean—the blanket looked dirty, the floors were unclean, and there was like mold in the bathtub. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, and this hotel did not meet it.”

Colazione abbondante e molto apprezzato il fatto che durante il giorno ci fosse il caffe sempre a disposizione. Utilissimo il computer nella reception con stampante annessa a disposizione dei clienti, nel nostro caso abbiamo avuto un problema con l'apertura di un file pdf (biglietto aereo) e la ragazza alla reception ci ha subito risolto il problema.”

“The room smelled really bad , we couldn’t sleep well all night. And room was not quite at all even though we requested way ahead of our check in. The wifi was not working and reception person failed to tell us. Posting it on walls doesn’t help us feel we are being treated. Staff were helpful but the place is not well maintained.”

“This was a beautiful place to stay! It was right on the beach, private beach, well maintain nice pool, and hot tub, good Staff comfortable beds nice kitchen area. Great view, nice balcony, amazing showers all the stuff you need; Michael, bread, toaster, utensil, oven, plate, cup… We had one of the suites. It was really great! I only have two complaints. One; the fourth floor elevator did not work so our family of six had to pack all of our luggage and coolers full of food up one flight of...

“First time staying at Moody Gardens in Galveston. Stayed one night, didn’t use amenities except dining next to elevators and the food was surprisingly great! I got the veggie burger without cheese and my friend got the green wrap; both were yum! Had the beach view and even though it wasn’t beach per se, it was Schlitterbahn’s view which was epic! Expedia had a great deal for the room and I’d definitely recommend and would book there again.”

“I've stayed several times at Springhill in Galveston. They have a great breakfast. The front desk attendant always speaks to you.”

“Hotel was nice breakfast was very delicious only problems I had was there were stains on curtains and we had loud and disruptive neighbors I payed extra for and ocean view and got the pool view I was a little upset but other then that I did enjoy my time there”

“Se va la luz muy seguido, el precio de fin de semana es al doble de entre semana , a las 11 te tienes que salir puntual , el aseo lo tienes que solicitar, no lo hacen si no les dices , algo prepotentes las empleadas , no hay amabilidad, creo trabajan a fuerza , 2 estrellas es lo más que yo les daría.”
