“Hotel dall'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Camere spaziose e sopratutto molto confortevoli e pulite. Colazione abbondante e molto apprezzato il fatto che durante il giorno ci fosse il caffe sempre a disposizione. Utilissimo il computer nella reception con stampante annessa a disposizione dei clienti, nel nostro caso abbiamo avuto un problema con l'apertura di un file pdf (biglietto aereo) e la ragazza alla reception ci ha subito risolto il problema.”

“El hotel es súper limpio, y el personal muy amable, la piscina es perfecta con 2 jacuzzis con agua tibia, se encuentra muy bien ubicado, sobre todo si van con niños, porque cerca tienen un parque y un cinema con servicio de bowling.”

“It was terrible...Staff doing Tiki Tok when needing to work....ask for toilet paper cause the room was out...gave us a roll that looked used with stains..no one was ever at the front desk..did not have breakfast as advertised. Will not be staying at that location again in future travels.”

“Everything was amazing the only thing was that there were no elevators to get to the different floors. Staying in the third floor had an amazing view but the seven stair cases we had to walk up and down was no joke. But over all besides that the place was clean well maintained and they even had great outdoor games for the family .”

“I’m my boyfriend and I loved our stay here. The staff were so helpful and friendly. I also like how close we were to Schlitterbahn and how we got discounted prices to the different attractions at Moody gardens. We will definitely be coming back.”

“The staff attempted to help me, were kind and as far as I know did what they could. After 3 days of reporting and dealing with the AC making awful noises I finally got sleep the fourth night after the AC was finally replaced.”

“The room was clean and very large. Bed was comfy and there were black out shades that were amazing. Balcony had a view of the ocean although there were several powerlines in that view. We still Conveniently located to Pleasure Pier. The only issues we had was that parking was scarce and they are stingy with the towels. We had 2 towels and 1 hand towel for our visit with no washcloths.”
