“The free breakfast always ran out, almost like they never made enough and I would go early but there was never enough food I guess only scrambled eggs were available but everything else at the hotel was perfect the beds were very comfortable with we decided to rent another day to stay Ill definitely go back it sure was worth it ♥️”

“Hotel dall'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Camere spaziose e sopratutto molto confortevoli e pulite. Colazione abbondante e molto apprezzato il fatto che durante il giorno ci fosse il caffe sempre a disposizione. Utilissimo il computer nella reception con stampante annessa a disposizione dei clienti, nel nostro caso abbiamo avuto un problema con l'apertura di un file pdf (biglietto aereo) e la ragazza alla reception ci ha subito risolto il problema.”

“Pros: The property is beautiful upon driving in there is a beautiful lazy river pool with a swim up bar and right across from the beach. They allow up to 2 dogs for a non-refundable 125 fee and there is a large dog park at the back with 2 gated areas, which can open into one large area and plenty of bags and a trash receptacle. The hotel is also near rainforest cafe which is exciting since I haven’t been there since childhood. Fridge that works. Smart tv to view Netflix/Disney. Comfortable bed....

“No coffee pot in room. No breakfast. People above us on 3rd floor made a lot of noise!! Will not stay again! Beds were double not queen.”

“The staff here was absolutely the best I've encountered in years! They were kind and so helpful ! I cannot find enough nice things to day about them: from the front desk ladies and the breakfast server to the room attendants every single person was super nice. The room had some things that need attention : the door lock/ handle was concerning and didn't stay in position, the baseboards were removed and not painted over or replaced, and the microwave was in disarray when I opened it to use it....

“Dirty place, yellow stains on the bed and sheets, hair everywhere including the bed, sink, and shower. The owner was nice enough to let us switch rooms, but no one was able to sleep after that. Spent $150 for one night. Should’ve shopped around a bit more. There’s better hotels for that price imo.”
