Hotel vicino a Sunny Beach - Galveston

“I booked a specific room through Expedia, but the hotel gave me a completely different one when I arrived. When I asked about the change, staff only apologized and offered no solution or explanation. This was frustrating and misleading, especially since I paid for a particular room type. The experience left me feeling disappointed and let down by both the hotel and the accuracy of their listings.”

“Some issues with water bugs in the room. Overall the rooms are older with obvious wear. The game room is pay to play with no foosball table… Which made the kids sad. Pool was good and accessing the beach directly from the hotel is great and the saving grace. Staff was nice and helpful. Overall ok for a short trip.”

PARKING or lack thereof practically ruins the whole vibe especially when there is a live music event on the weekend - you'll have to park across off the busy seawall road and feel uneasy about the safety of your car with all the late nighters whizzing by. NOISE level was high with a room facing the pool (looks like all their rooms do) and the pool seemed overcrowded for its smaller size....
