“The space was a hidden gem. Nice, clean and cute place. Unfortunately the location is not great, especially once it gets dark it's very sketchy. It's inside a residential local neighborhood so be aware if coming at night. We had a disappointing experience being in the middle of a crime scene during our stay. Probably wouldn't stay here again.”

10-15 minute walk to La Placita & “all the happenings” so if you don’t mind a little heat and a stroll, the location is perfect distance from all the action.”

“Hotel non è malissimo, la posizione così così.
Ma il servizio è stato davvero pessimo.
In 7 giorni di permanenza sebbene lo abbia richiesto tante volte mi hanno pulito e dato gli asciugamani puliti solo l'ultimo giorno. Incredibile!!!!
7 giorni con la camera sporca, con sempre gli stessi asciugamani. Camera super rumorosa e il sabato notte è impossibile dormire causa locale sottostante.

“The description of the room they assigned me was misleading. It was an extremely small room to the point that the bathroom door was difficult to be closed after entering. A sink that is good for touch up room or toilet but not a bathroom. It also has been not communicated that the room is windowless. Cleanliness was borderline. The smell was stuffy. The only upbeat was the very friendly person at the reception. It was a one time not to be repeated experience. I do not recommend this place.”

“Very disappointing stay. Our room was not ready at check-in, and we waited over 30 minutes before being able to access it. Once we got inside, the room felt damp and humid the entire stay, and there was a dehumidifier running that we had to empty every other day.
When we tried to speak with a manager about the issue, there was never one available, and the front desk staff could not provide any answers or solutions.
The worst part came on our last day when housekeeping entered our room without...

“The room here served it's purpose, a place to sleep before a early morning flight out after returning from a cruise that sailed out of Putero Rico. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. front desk staff was friendly and helpful and spoke fluent English. Ate breakfast and dinner at the restaurant inside the hotel, it was amazingly good, but a bit pricey for what it is.
