“The only feedback I can give is that despite cancelling my booking within 30 minutes Expedia was not able to get any response from the hotel with regard to any type of refund. We were in a tough situation with a broken down car but apparently the hotel does not consider extenuating circumstances which is extremely disappointing”

“We spent 5 nights at the hotel in a single queen and had family in a suite. Motel nicely renovated and bed so comfortable. But the best thing about this Motel is Emerose and her staff. She was so helpful and resourceful in finding solutions for our changing dynamics in spite of a fully booked Motel all the while maintaining her warm, welcoming personality. She is a true jewel.”
