“The staff is always nice and helpful and the place is always clean”

“The pool and hot tub was closed for renovation. The AC was not working properly in the lobby area. The lobby bathroom was closed and not usable. The elevators were filthy. And it took about 10 minutes before someone came to the front desk to check me and another guest behind me in line in. The room was great and the bed was comfortable. But we had to buy another blanket because there wasn't enough covers (additional one not provided). ”

“The room was clean. We were upgraded to a room with a king bed and a queen (not a sofa bed). That was nice.”

“Roaches everywhere, bedding not washed room dirty, mold on restrooms shower curtains. Mattresses had big low spots, comforter stained. Rooms not up to code”

“The place was great the room and staff where good no problems just the room had a smell ”

“Totally rude went to vi a it wnd some guy runs up to me out of no where and kicks me and my dog out i. The cold and r a in. For not a damn thing.he must of had me fonfu a ed w I rh somebody else cause h r screamed at me he had war b ed me. Earlier thwt day which he r ud not”

“Dirty and no breakfast ”

“ Not what I expected. It was very nice and the breakfast was great. ”

“Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. The pool and gym are very nice as well. Clean and tidy. The reason for the 4 stars is because of the mattresses. They had not so clean sheets when we arrived they had a smell. We told front desk and they changed them. Also communication to the front desk is bad. They never answer. But honestly is a good hotel with good breakfast and location. Id stay there again ”

“Only bad thing was we were placed on the 3rd floor and the elevator was down. We had alot of stuff to take and had to make several trips to our vehicle because we couldn't use our wagon to lug all our stuff in”

“The location is great. But the room and the overall building are very old and outdated. Room is a good size, but not clean. Stain marks on the bed skirt. Part of the building seemed to be falling apart. I am amazed that it is still operating. Won't stay again. ”
