“The room was dusty. The bathroom toilet had hairs on it including the bathroom door. The shampoo bottle pump was empty and also had long hair stuck on the pump. I haven’t stayed on an embassy suites in a long time but I will not recommend this hotel to anybody nor will I return. I will continue to stick to Hyatt Regency and Loews Hotels.”

“Yes, the breakfast was good. 1st day coffee was out”

“The front desk staff were not friendly nor attentive; poor customer service for the entirety of our two day stay. The room was clean enough but built up filth in the corners of the bathroom floor. The beds were uncomfortable; hard mattresses with very little padding and minimal bedding. Little to no sound proofing in the rooms. We could hear the conversations of the family staying in the room next to us as well as every bump, laugh and yell, as I’m sure they heard ours. The housekeeping staff...

“This is the second holiday inn i have stayed in this month. although this hotel is old need updates. the room was cleaner than the previous hotel. The bathroom in the lobby both toilets clogged and smelled horrible. breakfast was ok. i guess i got what I paid for ”

“Sheets stained and first room the comforter had blood on it. The second room had stains on the comforter and hairs in the shower and bathroom floor. Right beside the bed there was something on the floor that looked real gross. The room did not get real cool either.”
