“seedy! looked like they were preparing to lay new carpet….unattractive. place needed to be updated. it’s a bare bones hotel. elevator floor was either in need of repair or was dirty.when front desk was notified that the remote or tv was not working they never came up as they said. It took at least 10 minutes to draw hot water!! ”

“We enjoyed our week at Brian's home. It is a nice smaller place with nice amenities. We enjoyed the golf cart, beach chairs, and fitness center on site. Brian was a good communicator and answered quickly. It was nice to have toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels provided! My only suggestion is to consider replacing the carpet with hardwood as the carpet has seen better days. ”
