“The property was in an amazing location. We could walk to most things in the CBD.”

“There were only two issues with the property. 1. The car port was used to host a couple of apartments rubbish. When we arrived there was a pungent smell, rotting food etc this was right under the toilet window. This smell went through the apartment. 2. I'm an early riser and its impossible to not wake anyone else that maybe sleeping in the apartment due to the creaking floor boards. Apart from that quiet enough away from the maim streets and good walking distance into main shopping street.”

The location was fantastic, with the beach and local cafes all within easy walking distance, which made it such a lovely and convenient spot.The only issue we experienced was with the entry door code, which worked intermittently. Unfortunately, we were locked outside after business hours and, when we called for assistance, the company was overseas and unable to help at the time. Thankfully, our neighbour had the owner’s number, and he came straight over to help...
