L'appartamento La Rosa si trova al terzo piano di uno storico edificio sul lungolago di Gardone Riviera e, grazie alla sua posizione sopraelevata, gode di un'invidiabile vista sul lago di Garda.
L'appartamento, di recente ristrutturazione, è molto ampio e luminoso, arredato con gusto e curato nei minimi particolari. L'atmosfera è molto calda, accogliente e raffinata grazie alla commistione tra elementi moderni e mobili di antiquariato. L'appartamento è composto da moderna cucina completa di lavastoviglie, forno, frigorifero, freezer, tostapane e bollitore, ampio soggiorno con divano e sala da pranzo, fornita di meravigliosi mobili antichi, camera matrimoniale con armadio a muro e due comodini, seconda camera con letto singolo, graziosissimo bagno con box doccia e ripostiglio.
A conferire romanticità all'ambiente vi è poi un ampio balcone che si apre dalla zona soggiorno, dove è possibile prendere il sole, dedicarsi alla lettura o semplicemente rilassarsi senza dover rinunciare al panorama incantevole che dona il lago di Garda.
L'appartamento La Rosa offre la soluzione ideale per chi sceglie di trascorrere una vacanza romantica e rilassante sul lago di Garda.
Nell'appartamento vengono messi a disposizione lenzuola e asciugamani.
L'aria condizionata sarà disponibile a pagamento nei mesi di giugno, luglio e agosto al prezzo di €50 alla settimana da pagare in contanti al check in; in caso di pagamento con carta l'importo aumenta del 2% per le commissioni. La richiesta non necessita alcun preavviso ma all'arrivo, una volta richiesto ed effettuato il pagamento, verranno forniti i telecomandi e le istruzioni di utilizzo.

The apartment is in an amazing location over looking the lake. Samanta and her husband met us late at night to give us the keys and they were very accommodating and friendly. The apartment was very clean and it had everything we needed. We will definitely be back to celebrate our one year anniversary. The people in Gardone are very warm and friendly.

Die Wohnung ist im zweiten Stock, sehr hell mit Seeblick vom Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer aus. Die Küche ist sehr ausgestattet mit Backofen, Spülmaschine und großem Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Es gibt einen großen Kleiderschrank und eine Kommode im Schlafzimmer und zwei Kommoden im Wohnzimmer, so dass man auch bei längerem Aufenthalt genügend Stauraum findet. Samanta, die Vermittlerin der Wohnung ist sehr freundlich und spricht gut Englisch. Bei unserer Ankunft war schon ein Obstkorb für uns gerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

The appartment is very big and new. Its directly at the lake. We got a private parking place near the appartment. The owners are very helpful and kind. It was a perfect holiday!

Sehr schön ist der Blick aus der FeWo direkt auf den Gardasee. Die Räume sind gut geschnitten und der bauliche Zustand ist gut. Die Ansprechpartnerinnen der Agentur vor Ort sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr geärgert haben wir uns darüber, dass der gebuchte Pkw-Stellplatz kurz vor der Anreise als nicht mehr verfügbar gemeldet wurde, als wir uns nach dessen Abmessungen erkundigten. Noch ärgerlicher war dann, dass die Klimaanlage bei unserer Anreise defekt war, was uns vorher nicht mitgteilt wurde. Bei 30 Grad selbst nachts in der Wohnung, gab es keinen erholsamen Schlaf. Auf unsere massive Beschwerde hin, wurde 4 Tage nach unserer Anreise eine neue Klimaanlage installiert. Somit war das Problem für uns erledingt und sollte es auch für künftige Mieter sein. Die in anderen Beiträgen schon erwähnte Küchenabluft des benachbarten Restaurants stört durch Geräusche und heiße Luft. Da wir aber wegen der Hitze ohnehin Fenster und Türen geschlossen hatten, fiel dies kaum ins Gewicht. Das Kochgeschirr ist knapp bemessen und dürfte gerne erneuert werden. Es hat uns aber gereicht. Die Sitzmöbel sind abgenutzt, aber ein neues Sofa soll bereits bestellt sein. Gelegentlich gab es Stromausfälle. Grundsätzlich können wir die Wohnung (mit funktonierender Klimaanlage) empfehlen. Allerdings empfehlen wir auch sich alle wesentlichen Aspekte VOR der Buchung ausdrücklich einzeln schriftlich vom Vermieter (nicht vom Buchungsportal) bestätigen und sich dabei die Kontaktadresse des Vertragspartners geben zu lassen. Wir haben sehr deutlich gespürt, dass das Buchungsportal FeWo direkt sich nicht verantwortlich für den Vertrag fühlt. Die Chat-Funktion ist Mist. Wir empfehlen die AGB des Portals unbedingt VOR der Buchung zu lesen, auch wenn sie sehr, sehr lang sind. Selbst für unsere Anwältin war nicht erkennbar, wohin man sich bei welchen Buchungs-/Vertragsfragen zu wenden hat und welches Recht gilt. Das Portal hat seinen Firmensitz in Irland.

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einzig die schon mehrfach erwähnten Stühle für den Balkon passen nicht ganz zum Appartement. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am See und man hat kurze Wege zur Restaurants, etc. Es ist hochwertig eingerichtet und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Klimatisierung für den Wohnbereich und das Schlafzimmer funktioniert tadellos. Zwar stört Entlüftung vom Restaurant nebenan etwas wenn man auf dem Balkon sitzt, aber man gewöhnt sich daran und sie läuft ja auch nicht den ganzen Tag. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft und sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im 3. Stock eines Wohnhauses nur einen Steinwurf entfernt von der Seepromenade und mitten im Zentrum von Gardone. Man hat einen wunderbaren Blick vom Balkon auf den See. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz ist ca. 5 Fußminuten entfernt, kann aber nicht reserviert werden. Leider kann man mit dem Auto auch nicht zum Be- und Entladen zur Wohnung fahren. Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein, denn die Wohnung ist nur über eine Treppe zu erreichen. Unsere Kontaktperson Samanta war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sprach sehr gut Englisch und war jederzeit erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist grundsätzlich okay. Zum Kochen würde man sich ein bisschen bessere Utensilien wünschen. Die Lage der Wohnung, der Blick und die sehr angenehme Betreuung durch Samantha haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir können einen Aufenthalt dort nur empfehlen.

Das Apartment "Rosa" liegt direkt an der Promenade von Gardone Riviera. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und geräumig, die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, lediglich ein Schneidbrett haben wir vermisst. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, zur Begrüßung gab es einen Obstteller und Fruchtsaft. Der Balkon bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick auf den See mit der Isola del Garda. Die Klappstühle, die für den Balkon gedacht sind, sind leider recht billig und verwittert, schade, denn die restliche Ausstattung der Wohnung ist deutlich hochwertiger. Wir sitzen im Urlaub sehr gerne auf Balkon oder Terrasse, vor allem am Morgen und am Abend, um die Ruhe zu genießen. Leider wurde dies hier zeitweise etwas getrübt, da wenige Meter entfernt auf dem Dach des Nachbarhauses eine Entlüftungs-/Ventilationsanlage angebracht ist, die mitunter bis spät in die Nacht lief. Leider war auch der versprochene Parkplatz nicht verfügbar. Es war aber im April nicht dramatisch, einen öffentlichen Parkplatz zu finden (in der Hauptsaison sicherlich schwieriger). Das W-Lan hat anfangs nicht funktioniert, es war auch etwas mühsam, nach dem einzigen Hinweis "Das Passwort ist hinten auf dem Gerät", viele verfügbare Netzwerke durchzuprobieren, um überhaupt herauszufinden, welches es ist... Samanta hat sich dann darum gekümmert. Danach funktionierte es überwiegend.

Lovely apartment, with just about everything you think you need, initial photo a little deceptive, as it doesn’t show you the property terrace below and the promenade, it made me think I was closer to the water. Not that that mattered but I still thought a little deception at work there though. The apartment floor was all tiled except for the master bedroom which had a wooden floor and a wooden bed which when you walked on the floor or turned over in bed, creaked all night, disturbing your sleep. The furniture in the apartment was lovely, the sofas really comfortable. The terrace could do with two, more comfortable terrace chairs rather than collapsible deck chairs. The bars hurt the backs of your legs. The kitchen served its purpose, with lots of products left behind that we could use if we chose to. However, the cutlery was a tad rusty and the kitchen knife with the wooden handle was split so full of germs. Really could do with some new cutlery. The crockery was fine, albeit the cups were very thick pottery, just not used to something so chunky, but I’m sure that’s just my preference. The shower room was ok but although two tiny glass shelves, it lacked places for all our toiletries. The master bedroom had no mirror, so all had to be in the shower room. We wheeled a small square table in from the lounge and used that. The buildings had tall ceilings so being a third floor apartment without a lift was hard work with luggage up all the stone stairs. The welcome gift from the host was a lovely thought, juice, fruit bowl full of fresh fruit, water, wine and a bowl of fresh strawberries. The private garage is a short distance away too, with no parking near the apartment this is a challenge depending on the amount of luggage you have too. It was very convenient to catch a boat to other areas of the lake, the staff at the ticket office are helpful too. Lots of promenade restaurants. All touristy so some good, some not so good. We spent five nights here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment and area.

We had a really fantastic stay. The apartment was SO clean. I am a real clean freak but I was really happy to walk around with bare feet. The views were just spectacular across the lake, it was so lovely to watch the boats and ferry's going about their business. The kitchen was small but really well equipped with everything we needed and there were some fabulous and very affordable restaurants literally just downstairs. Lots of storage space. WiFi didn't work which we didn't really mind about. There was also a washing machine which I couldn't find on the details but we found really useful. You are missing a trick with the second bedroom, you could easily add 2 single beds in there and sleep 4, it's such a large room. From the day of booking until arrival and during our stay Samanta looked after us so well. Her English was amazing, thanks so much Samanta. The apartment was in a really great position, we were so pleased we had chosen Gardone Riviera, having never been to Italy myself, I had no idea really and having seen quite a few other places I think we chose really well, it was classy and not too busy. The ferry stop is so close and great to get to so many places. (Ferry's are pricey tho). There's a paying beach just 6 minutes walk away which was great and we caught it on a quiet day. We highly recommend, Limone, Sirmione with the castle (go early) and Jamaica Beach and Malcesine with the Cable Car up Monte Baldo. You won't be disappointed with this little gem.
