SPACIOUS 6 Bedroom / 3 Bath LAKEFRONT home with TWO full levels of living space! Easy, flat pathway to the water for you to spend your day swimming, fishing or soaking up the sun on the fabulous shoreline. Community boat launch is only a block away.

Outdoor Activities: Step outside and experience lakefront living at its finest. Spend your days lounging on the deck or by the lake, taking in the views, or head out on the water for some boating, fishing or kayaking (kayaks are NOT provided). End the day with a fire in the firepit, roasting marshmallows and sharing stories under the stars.

Please note: Our lakefront home is nestled in a natural setting, surrounded by trees, water, and wildlife. While we take every precaution to keep the home clean and comfortable, you may occasionally encounter bugs or insects – part of the charm of staying close to nature. If you're seeking a peaceful retreat with fresh air and the sounds of the outdoors, you'll love it here! Just keep in mind that nature comes with some little visitors now and then.

Location: Situated in a serene, peaceful area but with easy access to nearby Marina, and centrally located between Rogers, AR and Eureka Springs, AR both hosting many shopping and dining options.
The Lost Bridge Village Recreation Center has a lakefront Community Swimming Pool open from Memorial Day till Labor Day. There is a charge of $5 per person per day. There is also a free playground for the kids, shuffleboard, pickleball court, and a lakefront picnic area with grills. No fireworks allowed.
Located minutes from Lost Bridge North Marina. Boat Launches are available at Lost Bridge North Park, Lost Bridge South Park, Off Black Oak Drive in Lost Bridge Village or at the Ventris Boat Launch. There are walking trails at Lost Bridge North Park at 12485 Marina Road in Garfield.

A few more things to note, some cell phone service providers do not have towers in the areas around Beaver Lake so it is possibly your cell service will be "spotty". We understand things happen so we STRONGLY encourage you to purchase trip insurance and be familiar with our cancellation policy before booking.

Great Lake home!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. The size and location fit our family and our trip perfectly. Lots of bedrooms and the kitchen has everything you need for family meals.

Awesome stay

It was vary clean and lots of space. We had 10 people and lots of room room to do things and didnt feel crowded when all were in side. I would recommend it if you are ine the area. Thanks

Okay for the price, spacious and short drive to Mtb trails

Okay for the price. Things that deduct from the overall experience. - Cleanliness is a 3 star bc roaches were present in the kitchen and dining area. I notifed the property manager and they said they would get it treated. Otherwise seemed clean. - location is only 4 star because the water is muddy here and quite a lot of trees sticking up out of the water. Thus it wasn't a great spot for swimming which is what we were doing mostly because we dont have a boat. The kids still enjoyed it. Other locations along Beaver lake I've experienced typically have very clear water, and more rocks/less mud on bottom. Could be just the time of year or drought or something I guess. - Downstairs is noisy as the main level floor creaks a lot. You can hear every foot step from the main level. -Downstairs single mattresses seemed old and was uncomfortable. We could feel the springs. Positives -Price -Location is within 35-45 min drive to many top notch Mtb parks (Slaughter pen, Coler mtb preserve, Mt Fitzgerald, The Railyard). There is also a marina nearby (short drive) where you can park your boat or rent one. -Spacious living areas and game room. We enjoyed the ping pong. -Spacious kitchen with many pots and pans and cooking utensils (although it could use some pot/drawer organizers) -Sleeps a lot of people -Short walk to the water -

Great place

The house and neighborhood were very nice and quiet. The lake was refreshing and the owners were very easy to contact and answered all questions we had. We would definitely stay here again if we visit the area

Plenty of room

Great place if you are looking for a beach nearby. There were bugs in the kitchen though so it definitely needs spraying more frequently. Plenty of space for large groups.
