"Lemon Garden Retreat" is the ideal solution for those who want to spend a magical holiday on Lake Garda, savoring the history of a beautiful village like Gargnano, the scent of lemons, the bright and extraordinary colors of a truly fabulous place.

The location is divided into 3 distinct houses, but united in the same big garden of the lemon grove.

The first dwelling, which we will call "Vila Aura", is the solution that has remained faithful to the ancient style of Limonaia. Precious furniture, cozy bathrooms and bedrooms, a very equipped kitchen, pantry and storage room, a not too large living room, but with table and chairs for up to 16 people, a wonderful dining room with fireplace which can become a place to read, relax or recite in solitude.
In Villa Aura, you can comfortably stay together outside, where we set up a glass table with chairs and evening lights to match the desire to stay together in company and breathtaking views of the landscape.
This house can accommodate up to 6 people. The bedrooms are organized as follows: 2 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms.
The bathrooms of the main house are very small, typical of the original structure of the property. Within the structure there are two full baths, one with tub and the other with shower and a service bathroom.
This house has air conditioning in every bedrooms (not in the living area)

The second property, which we call "Villa Aqua", is a very bright structure, thanks to its numerous windows and can accommodate up to 6 people.
Villa Aqua is the ideal structure for those who love modern, colorful but classy design. The highly sought-after atmosphere through the use of yellow color, wants to reproduce the color of lemons that can be enjoyed in the garden. The structure is divided into 4 floors, so it is suitable for people who do not find difficult to do many stairs.
The ground floor features a relaxation / reading area with sofas. Downstairs, the first floor has one double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds, the second floor has a double bedroom and a full bath with bathtub; the third floor is organized with a well-stocked kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge, stove and a bathroom.
This house has portable air conditioner in every bedrooms.

The third structure, which call "Villa Arbor" is the structure that is best suited to people who love the wide open spaces, stone, warm atmosphere but not totally historical.
This property accommodates up to 5 people. The house is very well equipped with warm lights and stone walls. It is arranged on two levels: the first floor, very large, conciliates day area and night area. Here, in fact, on the same level there are: a kitchenette, a beautiful relaxing area, a reading area, a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower box.
The other floor comprises a suite with two single beds and a sofa bed (for 2 people on request), a full bathroom with shower.
The real peculiarity of this property is represented by the presence of a wood-burning oven where you can cook pizzas. The old table, used by old ladies to knead pizza, was moved, with renovation works, to inside of the structure to become a table-top.
This house has not air conditioner inside.

Outside you can enjoy a wonderful private pool (20 meters by 3.5 meters, depths 1.20 meters) with amazing lake views.

A change of linen and towels in the mid of your stay is included.

The time for the check in is between 4pm to 7pm: if you are going to arrive later you must aware us and pay an extra of €100 for the service. After 10 pm not more possible to make check in. In case of emergency certified call our real estate to accord late arrival time.

Please note that the price refers to the entire villa considering the number of guests of the booking. If the number of guests increases, it is necessary to change the reservation because the price changes.

The property is not suitable for people with headaches who are struggling to make many stairs, as the Limonaia is laid out on many levels and is full of stairs.

Choosing to spend your vacation on Lake Garda in Limonaia La Ravere means living full of true history, flavors, colors, emotions and the beauty of Lake Garda.
Just to know, infact, the Limonaia structures, are in the process of being named a world heritage site by Unesco and they are also listed and protected by the Italian Fine Arts & Cultural Heritage Board.
