“It was an OK visit. The pool and hot tub was 'out of order' for me and my 3 young grandchildren. However, the hostess was able to upgrade us to a King Suite with a jacuzzi in the room but was not the same. The room had an initial smell to it when we opened the door and I ended up sleeping on a rollaway bed which wasn't in the best shape. “Room wasn't ready when we got there at 4:00 pm. We did not have towels, asked hotel staff and they just laughed it up, did not do anything about it and just kind of had the "oh well attitude".
