Hotel a Garrison

“The pool was closed, so that was a bummer. The desk person was kind and helpful. The room had a fitted sheet that didn’t fit the bed, the 3 pillows (it was a king) were very flat and old. The bathroom floor was sticky due to cleaning products not fully cleaned up. Nice TV, desk and free WiFi. Breakfast was okay, I think I was one of two guests so I don’t blame them for not having a lot. I was supposed to get the studio with a king bed/full kitchen and hot tub in the room. “Very nicely decorated space with a cabin feel. Very clean & kitchen stocked with all we needed for cooking. With it being winter the gas fireplace was warm, comfy, & romantic for our get away.”

“The staff was kind, the room was clean, and the breakfast had a wide variety of choices. I was disappointed that the description of the property and amenities were not totally transparent. I had chosen Rapid River Lodge for the waterpark. I had young children and knew it would be fun for them to play in the water. At check-in I was told the waterpark is closed, they have limited days and hours. They called to another hotel and we had the inconvenience of loading up and drive there for a pool.”
