“We checked in on a very busy weekend. Rates were double normal because of the big event nearby. On Day 1 of our weekend thet had run out of coffee beans for coffee. A big loss for breakfast! The response was, More should be here Tuesday. We have Decaf. This continued the weekend and finally Monday they had beans as we checked out. “The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing for me was that we faced east and had only a sheer curtain...could not black out the room bc the curtains were not built to close all the way. Breakfast was plentiful with eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, breads, waffles and more! The whole place was kept very clean. I highly recommend this place. ”

“Do yourself a favor and never book this property. our experience was a complete disaster. Upon arrival, the entryway and back doors were blocked by people sitting in chairs and smoking. There were no luggage carts, so we had to use a shopping cart to haul our bags inside. The front desk was useless, they never answered the phones, and our keycards kept deactivating. To top it off, the elevator went completely out of service. ​The room was vile. It smelled heavily of mold, and the AC unit made...

“I didn't like that the mattress was very old with springs and uncomfortable. The bed sheets looked worn out, rough, itchy and a stall smell on the sheets. Everything was very old. The only thing new and nice was the bathroom. I could hear the the other persons talk, sounds, doors, thin walls. I asked about the pool that its advertised, I was told that there hasn't been a pool for 3 years now. That they have not been able to take down the old ones. What I liked was the view and that they offered...

“This is one of the best places I have stayed at coming to visit my sons at West Point. Clean, the breakfast is excellent and staff are so welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel.”

“This could be a nice quiet motel if they cleaned it up,having mouse traps and ant traps in the room along with no garbage can ,sheets for curtains and no drinking cups didn’t sit well. The bed had 2 flat pillows and had to drive out for coffee. The only nice thing was the bed was clean at least.”

“It was a little bit of a maze to find the room and the hallways looked dated and there was a bit of a smell, but once we got to the room it felt like I was in a different place lol. The room was clean, had no smell, more amenities than a regular hotel, shower with good water pressure. The bed was comfortable, smart TV, full fridge with freezer. Very happy with the room”
