“Someone posted my address due to a misunderstanding about having a surprise event for a birthday there , tried to get guest to leave and A MINUTE LATER police came before we could even evacuate everyone , tried to overcharge for both event and house. Never stated there would be 100 extra charge for events in the booking info , found out after already booking . Also changed a lot of the rules such as quiet hours being 10pm , but we’re suppose to be 11pm as said on house rules board in the house....

“The host was very nice. I had an Issue with the dates for this rental and they very helpful and was able to change this mistake quickly. The house was very clean and was very well stocked. Enjoyed the stay there would love to rent the property again if we are in the area.”
