The bedrooms and living spaces were great, there is lots of parking, close to plenty of restaurants. Communication was also awesome, we would all stay here again and are already talking about our next trip. ”

“Beds and linens were comfortable. Kitchen was complete with all necessities, even spices, oil, and all cooking tools. We enjoyed the rain shower head. We enjoyed being within walking distance of the river, a park, a bike trail, and Starbucks. We all used the 2 bikes that the hosts had there for guests. It was also nice to be only 10 minutes from the Colorado National Monument. The hosts were very responsive and accomodating. We'll be back!”

“The house is so cute, in a perfect location, and had everything we needed. There was a little confusion on how to get into the house (key pad is at the back door) but once we figured that out it was smooth sailing. The backyard space is nice as well. We appreciated all the seating area in the kitchen and living room for our little get together with my son’s friends. We would totally recommend this place. ”

“We had a wonderful time here. We spent most of our time either in front of the fire place or in the hot tub. Never even turned on the TV. Saw some deer and even a ringtail at night (set off the motion light and then had to use a camera using night mode to see it).The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfy. The house has a wide selection of pillows. There are security cameras on the exterior of the house. The one in the back could be concerning because it appears to capture the hot tub. I...
