Welcome to our newly remodeled, clean, thoughtfully decorated home. This wonderful 4 bed, 4 bath home is located in the heart of Grand Junction. It boasts both old-time charm & modern perks like, an updated kitchen with quartz counters and central air.

12 minute walk to breweries, cafes, shopping, & restaurants.

10 minute drive to hiking & biking trails.

Built in 1909, this downtown gem was recently completely renovated. Enjoy the exquisite touches & high speed WiFI throughout the home

We mainly used the home to sleep and shower. We did not use the basement apartment. The home is very nicely renovated. It has a beautiful sun room. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Location was close to shopping and places to eat. We would stay there again.

Great Place!

The location was perfect for our weekend plans. With 8 people staying there, having four bathrooms was was a plus. Communicating with owner was fast and efficient. We would dedicate rent again.

Great stay for my family!

This house was a great size for our group of 7 adults and 1 toddler! Had everything we needed (brought our own pack and play for the toddler though) and the host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The beds were comfy and everything was clean when we got there. Plenty of parking and a nice, quiet neighborhood in a great location too. Would definitely stay here again!

Easter Weekend Stay

Great house in a great location with a perfect yard for our dog. Close to CMU campus which was needed. Also close to almost anything else you could have wanted, including downtown, Colorado National Monument, and a grocery store. Our family of four were also able to have a lovely Easter dinner with the amenities provided by the host.

Beautiful, clean, well-appointed home. Ample parking in back for our two vehicles (one was a Ford 250). Great location close to everything in Grand Junction! Very receptive host; easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Lovely home

We had everything we needed at this modern house. Our family stayed to celebrate our daughter’s graduation. The downstairs apartment was great for the young people! It was so nice to have it decorated for Christmas. Great touches throughout.
