This property is set up for the outdoor adventure lifestyle. If you are a mountain biker, you will enjoy the challenging, technical trails that the "lunch loops" has to offer. The Tabeguache Trail starts in the back yard. Road biking the Colorado National Monument is another popular activity. The climb to "cold shivers" is challenging and will be a good warm up for the remainder of the ride. Follow the route of the Coors Classic road bike race route and see what the moonscape is all about. For the hikers, Devil's kitchen trail and the Serpant's trail are less than 2 minute drive away. One could also explore the primitive routes out the back yard that access the Tabeguache/lunch loops trail area. High end bicycle rentals available. Uber/Lyft do operate locally.
