“This cute pet-friendly house is located in a part of town that provides easy access to restaurants and shopping. The house was clean and well-stocked with comfortable furniture. The fenced yard is perfect for a small pet to stay safely and there is parking for two cars off the street, which is nice for vehicle safety. We had never been to Grand Junction before and used it as a half-way point to meet up and this worked perfectly.”

“We came to Grand Junction for our annual girls’ mountain biking trip. This place was amazing! It is conveniently located, has plenty of space for a group including parking, the garage, and spacious rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and living areas are spacious and very well-appointed. The hot tub was definitely an amazing added bonus! Anna was so responsive and wonderful. I would highly recommend this place!!”

“It was more of an excuse to go wine tasting. Cameron and Jen have a nice place there. The property was pretty well described. Our 5-year-old nephew got to go collect eggs each day for breakfast. We built a fire in the fire pit and made smores. We had no propane tank, but immediately after calling Cameron he brought one over and hooked it up.I think you would really enjoy the property.”

“The barn was beautiful - comfy beds, well equipped kitchen (and a cupboard with some essential items) and the appliances were terrifc. Comfy seating in the living room. Lots of extra blankets incase of a cold spell. The best part for my husband was the amazing grill. And the fresh eggs from their hens were quite a treat. We will be coming back!!”

"Abbiamo trascorso qui una notte, camera spaziosa e pulita, con moquette a terra. Due letti Queen comodi e con lenzuola morbidissime. Bagno piccino, ma pulito. Lavandino in stanza, non in bagno. Colazione buona: uova strapazzate, pancetta, patate, pancake, succhi di frutta, caffè. Di dolce solo cornflakes e pancake (però erano buoni). Negativo: insonorizzazione della stanza: non sentivo parlare, ma sentivo tutti quelli che camminavano nell'hotel. Ogni passo uno scricchiolio."
