“We stayed at the Northland Motel to complete a job and the accommodations were very good for our team. The room rates were affordable and the beds were comfortable.”

“Do not stay at this hotel. The rooms are terrible with broken furniture and torn carpet, the beds are hard with only 2 small pillows. The grounds are filthy with garbage, cigarettes butts and dog poop! Stay away!!!”

“Sorry to say that every single window in the building was filthy. In my room the TV was full of streaks and so were some of the mirrors. The bed was comfortable, but they don't give out Washcloths, only towels.”

“Very simple accommodation but served its purpose. Building quiet and secure. Bedding and towels fine and fridge and microwave good. I did note that the kitchenette did not include a kettle or coffee maker but did not see warning that it had no dishes or utensils. Problem solved by a visit to a nearby discount store but people should bring such items with them, along with dish detergent.”

“It was great. Cozy and clean rooms. Full bathroom. Kitchenette in suite. Full kitchen and laundry in building. Staff are great and security is in point. ”

“bad buffet breakfast, extremely dirty hallways and stairs I mean months and months unwashed, the front desk staff are very nice. should not charge 160$ a night, my room was ‘cleaned’ only once during 4 night stay, they only took out trash and replaced towels… Lounge 390 staff very friendly, but run down and also not the cleanest”

“We liked all aspects of the hotel. First and foremost for us was the breakfast had many gluten free options. From the toast to eggs ands bacon, known to be gluten free. The bacon was cooked separately to avoid cross contamination. Equally nice was the staff, from the front desk to the cleaning staff, all cheery and with warm greetings! I will again mention the breakfast kitchen staff who were pain staking in their getting my wife , who is celiac, all the available options she might care for....

“Property under construction, breakfast cancelled. Bathroom door didn’t close , front door to room rattled . Black spot on sheet, shower wall needed replacement. ”

“Older building … missing some of the convenience such as usb port to charge phone that most hotels have … staff were welcoming and definitely an asset to the business ”
