“Personale molto gentile un po' fuori dal centro ”

“I stayed 2 nights. The breakfast was good the first day. Empty the second day It wasn't refilled no hot water, cereal was empty. The bed had a problem with the mattress. It would move off the box spring. ”

“The front desk people were fantastic! The room was an accessible room. Handheld shower head was quite high and heavy. It was a tub-/not walk in shower (just be aware). There was no microwave in the room. I don’t consider a microwave an exceptional amenity anymore. Don’t remember staying anywhere without one for years. Biggest inconvenience was poorly placed outlets. Could not plug in my phone charger or c-pap machine at my bedside. We came to visit Cahokia Mounds and the National Shrine of...

“Check in was fast and friendly.”

“The place was clean and well maintained. However, we were surprised by the additional pet fee. That should have been indicated before we made the reservation.”

“The rooms for pet owners were large and clean”

“Room had crumbs all over the floor. Cleo came in and vacuumed but I decided I didn’t want to stay. Didn’t refund me. ”

“Terrible motel, homeless people inside the motel ”

“There’s roaches. Staff didn’t offer to give me a new room when I told them twice about it. The room and hotel itself is overall dirty/not clean. Service was ok. Asked for new sheets the first night, staff handed me the sheets for me to swap out myself- didn’t expect that either… They offered to just spray my room down with bug spray after I told them about the roaches the second time. Will not be going back.”

“Lobby was under remodeling, No Coffee!! No breakfast. Hot tub totally closed! These are things that should have been noted. Very dissappointed!”

“E' un motel proprio americano, senza fronzoli e frequentato da gente tipica u.s.a.(lavoratori ,gente che sosta per mese ecc.ecc..Distante da St. Louis ma in 15 min. di macchina si va in centro.Gentili i proprietari che gesticono il motel(fanno tutto la moglie e suo marito) Per il prezzo ci si puo' accontentare, per i piu' schizzinosi meglio andare da un altra parte , ma se vuoi provare a vivere all'americana davvero, si puo' provare !”
