“We came from Michigan for a concert and the staff were so friendly and helpful! We had a small issue one day getting back into our room because the key scanner thing needed new batteries but they fixed it promptly! The rooms were super clean, beds were comfy, shower was hot, breakfast was great both days. If we’re ever back in Greensboro we will be staying here again!”

“Let me start off by saying that our bellman Curtis was FANTASTIC. He was very friendly and professional. He provided us with the kind of attention that made my day. He even tried to get us a better room than we had booked but was unsuccessful because the hotel was fully booked. The effort was above and beyond what I have ever experienced. Now the room that we got wasn't bad, it was just in an older part of the hotel. We had a small problem with the electric outlets but the maintenance team...

“The room was filthy, blood stains on bathroom wall and shower, as well as random hairs. The shower curtain had a hole in it. The pillows were lumpy and hard. The furniture was scratched and several drawers were broken. The AC didn't cool the room and it wasn't even very warm outside (80s). It was gross to say the least.”

“It seems it was a brand new space to rest, relax and be comforted while you go on the excursions you planned and if not you are surrounded by plenty to entertain your family. There is a huge bowling "Main Event" facility and Top Golf across from it and a short drive to the inner city or areas with various restaurants, events and plenty of shopping. “We had an excellent stay the O.Henry Hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The Bose sound system in the room was an added bonus. I would definitely be willing to stay here again when in the area.”
