“Ended our trip a day early due to room dirty liquor bottles all over room we had children with us also there was no internet no tv and the pool was closed which wasent listed on website and one of the reason we choose this hotel staff was rude didn’t even try to help the situation asked 3 different employees to remove the open liquor bottles and still the day we ended up leaving they were still in the room the ice machine on our floor was broken was not a good vacation at all exapecially having...

“Fully Paid for a room and booked it for my husband and son, and they couldn’t check in because I had paid for it. The staff was no help even after I called. They ended up having to go somewhere else to get a room and I didn’t get a refund. So we had to pay for a room we couldn’t use.”

“What a journey! Arrived and received the keys around 2pm. Went to our room for a nap when someone walks in with a dog and said this was his room. We receive a call from front desk asking who we are. We get up and pull back covers only to find blood on the sheets then go to check in desk. We were supposed to be on the third floor but was checked in on 2nd floor. For our inconvenience we were given two free dinners at their location. We proceeded to our new room and we arrive the key didn't work....
