I booked this for my parents who had a procedure at St. Thomas early in the morning. They thought it was fantastic, very pleased, no complaints and were so thrilled how close it was to St. Thomas. “Great rooms! They were clean and fully stocked with kitchen essentials if you wanted to stay in. Great location with multiple bars and restaurants around. The staff was friend and made great biscuits and gravy! Would definitely use this as my future hotel when I return here.”

“Kids were allowed to be unsupervised in all areas, dancing on tables and running the halls banging on doors. Couldn’t understand the front desk clerk. Never got the linens requested for pull out bed. Pictures must have been taken of a different hotel. ”

“No staff around when we showed up. Waited 10 minutes before someone showed up to check us in. I even called the property to try and contact someone and we just heard the phone ring. Door to our room was bent…had to put my weight into it to get it to lock. Right by highway so lots of road noise.”
