“I've been to worse, however having a disabled person in our party and it not being disclosed that there weren't any elevators, let's just say getting him ( a 6'2 205 lb man) up and down stairs wasn't fun. The water was 2 temps, scalding or freezing. The "included breakfast " was 3 types of cereal, wheat or white bread or plain bagels that you could toast and that was it. “The bed, water pressure, and air conditioner is the only reason I chose the middle rating. They balanced out the lack of breakfast, strong chemical smell (Cleaner??) in the room, and lack of preparedness in the room (one towel, wash cloth, no mat) for a reservation for two.”
