“I've been to worse, however having a disabled person in our party and it not being disclosed that there weren't any elevators, let's just say getting him ( a 6'2 205 lb man) up and down stairs wasn't fun. My husband has lung cancer and cannot climb the stairs. “The bed, water pressure, and air conditioner is the only reason I chose the middle rating. They balanced out the lack of breakfast, strong chemical smell (Cleaner??) in the room, and lack of preparedness in the room (one towel, wash cloth, no mat) for a reservation for two.”
