Stayed for one night before a flight. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was ok- could have been cleaner. Baseboards were quite dusty and bathroom had beard shavings on sink and floor. Bed was comfortable and clean. Restaurant attached was a treat! Taxi ride to the airport cost £27.

A bare bones budget stay but clean and comfortable. No AC, no amenities. Hard to find from the street. Look for The Parson's Pig restaurant, it's hidden behind it.

Fint lille hotel ikke langt fra lufthavnen. Hjælpsomt personale, der var flinke til at bestille taxa til os. Når man skal til hotellet fra lufthavnen, så kan man overveje at tage toget til Three Bridges, og så taxa derfra. Taxa til og fra lufthavnen skal der betales ekstra gebyr på 10 £. Spiste på Pubben ved siden af, og de lavede noget virkelig godt mad - stor anbefaling herfra.

Hotel was close to Gatwick and room was excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Well equipped with hair dryer and coffee machine. Front staff person was very helpful and even loaned us a UK electrical adapter..!!..and the Pub/Restaurant attached was excellent, great food and so many options..!!..

The room was clean and spacious. There were more than enough outlets available to charge my devices for the night I was there and the bathroom also had everything I needed. However, one of the receptionists was a little cold and I wish she explained that I needed to plug my card for the room to get power *before* I scaled the stairs.

Room was fine. I arrived late but Timmy on Reception was great. Really helped me with any questions etc. Hotel was fine. Only issue is that even though it is close to the Airport (about 3 miles) it still costs about £25 for a taxi which is very pricey. So obviously expect to spend £50 to go to and from for less than 20 mins driving

No air conditioning, no wifi reception. No explanation of how to turn on the lights. Rude wait staff at the restaurant. Overall , the employees didn’t smile. They all seemed fed up. And it wasn’t cheap by taxi. About 50 Canadian dollars.

The problem was no air conditioning. The room was very hot and humid. The fan that was provided didn’t improve the stuffy air. Everything else was fine. Staff were excellent.. very friendly and helpful.

Overall my stay was fine. The room and bed were comfortable and clean and the bath tub was deep and had a plug! My only criticism would be that the bath tub had scum and wasn't clean. The rest of the bathroom was very clean and towels were fresh. It should be noted that the building does not have a/c but fans were provided and there is no elevator, so if you cannot manage to lug your cases up the stairs, then ensure you are booked on the ground floor level. There is a pub next door that looked very popular and served a variety of British and Indian food. I did not visit it, but the menu was in my room and looked extensive! Taxi fee to the airport was £22
