“We had problems with the reservation and a room was not available on our first night. Even though we had to go to another hotel that night, the staff did a wonderful job of making things right for us by comping us one night and reducing rates on the remainder of the stay. The staff was exceeding friendly and upon a return to Junction City I would definitely stay at this Hampton and will refer others to this hotel.”

“The young man who was at the front desk upon arrival on 9/16 evening should get a raise! He listened and responded to all our questions and concerns. His customer satisfaction score is 10+. You are blessed to have him as an employee/associate. Please thank him for us.
The morning lady 9/17 at the front desk and serving breakfast was a real gem too. So friendly and courteous. She anticipated our needs before we asked. She deserves a raise too! You are blessed to have her on your staff!”

“My experience is motel 6 is always friendly. The free pets always welcome policy makes this the only place I will consider while traveling with my dog. But this one in particular was fantastic. Great service, very clean, no strange smells. Completely fantastic!”
