Welcome to your modern Mount Duneed retreat — a warm, light-filled home perfect for families, couples, or professionals. With three queen bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, open-plan living, and ducted heating and cooling throughout, comfort comes easy. Enjoy your morning coffee in the undercover outdoor area, stay connected with Wi-Fi, and reach Torquay’s beautiful beaches in just a short drive.

The Space:
Set across two levels, this beautifully presented home offers the perfect blend of comfort and style.
Upstairs, you’ll find three queen-sized bedrooms — the master featuring a private ensuite with a walk-in shower, dual-sink vanity, and walk-in robe. The remaining two bedrooms share a modern main bathroom with bathtub, shower, and separate toilet.

The upstairs living area provides a relaxed space to unwind or work remotely with Wi-Fi included.
Downstairs, the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area is fitted with stainless steel appliances (including a coffee pod machine) and flows effortlessly to the covered outdoor space — ideal for casual meals or quiet evenings.

A separate powder room and laundry add convenience, while gas ducted heating and evaporative cooling keep the home comfortable year-round. Located just a short drive from Torquay Beach and local cafes, this home offers the ease of coastal living with modern comfort.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property. Guests will not have access to the garage.

The Neighborhood:
Mount Duneed is a growing suburb of Geelong as is located about halfway between Geelong and Torquay (the start to the Great Ocean Road). Mount Duneed is a quiet, family-friendly suburb. A shopping centre is located less than a 5-minute drive from this property, plus there are several local cafes, paths and walking tracks for you to enjoy at your leisure.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is via car, however, public transport via a bus is also available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that this is a two storey home and bedrooms are located on the top floor. Guests will need to climb stairs during their stay.
