City Centre Unit Overlooking Ryrie Street

Located in the very heart of the City of Greater Geelong, this modern and well equipped two-bedroom apartment features everything you need, surrounded by everything you could want. Tucked away on Baylie Place and overlooking Ryrie Street, the local shops, cinema and restaurants are a few steps outside your door. The modern interior offers comfortable and private living spaces with everything catered for, this hidden gem is perfect for work trips, families or couples off to explore the area.

ENTRY: This luxury apartment features a private entrance on Baylie Street with contactless check in via Electonic lock. Your code and check in details will be sent 24 hours before check-in with local host on call to assist. Please note there is a camera on the street monitoring the entrance.

PARKING: This property does not have a designated parking spot however a large car park is a short 15 second walk from the entrance. Overnight and weekend parking is free, 4 hour paid parking 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

WIFI: Unlimited and complimentary, password will be provided on check in.

HEATING & COOLING: The property features split system heating and cooling.

KICTHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with: Toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso Essenza Mini, Pods), dishwasher, oven, fridge. Complimentary selection of tea, coffee, sugar. Spices, oil provided.

DINING: We have a dining table set for 4 guests with 2 more seats are the kitchen bar.

LOUNGE: Comfortable velvet couch with TV and Chromecast. Apps for Amazon Prime, HBO, YouTube available, we ask that guests use their own accounts to log in. Netflix account free to guests.

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION: Please note all towels and linen are provided.

Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed, built on robe with separate workspace and wall mounted TV. This bedroom overlooks Ryrie Street (Sleeps 2)

Bedroom 2 - 2x Single beds, built in robe, books and games with a view of Ryrie Street (Sleeps 2)

BATHROOM/ LAUNDRY: Spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryer provided. All towels, bathmats and hand towels provided to each guest; we recommend guests bring their own beach towels when planning to visit the beach. Laundry facilities in unit with washing machine (7KG LG), dryer, iron and ironing board for guest use. Washing powder provided.

PETS: Pets are not allowed at this property.

MISC: With respect to our neighbors this property has a few rules:
- Required age to book is 25 years of age.
- No smoking or vaping inside this property.
- Quiet times are 10:00pm to 8:00am.
- We have a strict NO PARTIES POLICY, this includes Hens, Bucks, schoolies or events.
- We welcome children but please note guests will need to climb a single stairwell to enter the apartment from the street, no baby gates are installed.
- The windows in both bedrooms open up, there is no fly screen. Please use caution.
- Other mature special occasions upon enquiry- which must not exceed the homes sleeping capacity.

GENERAL: All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood, and agree to abide, and be bound, by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules. Please treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful to our lovely neighbours. Strictly NO smoking at this property. Our home is NOT suitable for schoolies, hens or bucks parties. You must be over the age to 25 to make reservation at our property. Please follow parking guidelines where provided.

CHECK IN/ OUT: Check-in time is not before 3pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am on departure date. Late departure is subject to prior arrangement/availability and extra charges will apply. Failure to check out at the agreed time will incur a fee of $110 per hour. Check in and check out, contactless check in will be provided with electronic lock codes.

Pet Friendly Properties: We ask you to be considerate of the property owner and employ good pet etiquette. BYO sleeping and feeding equipment, leaving the yard free of any animal waste, ensuring the pets stay outside unless prior arranged and always off furniture. Please note: A pet fee will apply for these stays.

UNAVAILABLITY: If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then we will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your stay, if we are unable to do so, all money paid will be refunded in full. Host on the coast will not be liable for additional accommodation costs in the event of these unforseen unavoidable circumstances.

PARTIES & FUNCTIONS: Parties are strictly prohibited. Breach of this will result in immediate eviction without refund and extra charges will apply for any additional, cleaning, garbage removal, repairs which may occur. We have the right to evict any guest during their stay if WE deem them to be in breach of the house rules.

LINEN AND TOWELS: We supply all bed linen and towels. They must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Further linen may be hired upon request prior to arrival. Properties with pools will include pool towels for your stay. Any damage or stains requiring additional laundering or replacement of linen will incur a charge or replacement fee. Stays longer than 1 week may request a housekeeping service for cleaning and/or linen servicing charged at a fee.

YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately if damages occur. We may recover from you repair or replacement costs. Occupancy must not exceed the agreed number booked for or the maximum listed as occupancy in the house description. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise at anytime (day or night), is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses. Noise should not be heard from outside the property after 10pm. Call outs: Lost keys/lock outs will incur a $100 call out fee for management to provide access plus the cost of replacement keys if required.

Upon departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, dishwasher running. If there is a BBQ onsite, it must be cleaned after use, failure will incur a $100 fee. You are responsible for removing any excess rubbish that does not fit in the outside bins. Excess rubbish charges will apply for any rubbish that is left behind (exceeds rubbish bin capacity). The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning charges will be incurred for the cleaning (but not limited to) of dirty dishes, dishwasher emptying, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish and so forth. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. Smoking is not permitted in the Property. A $400 fee will be applied to any property found to have been smoked in. No illicit drugs to be brought onto the property or persons under the influence to be allowed onto the property. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours. Host on the Coast is not liable for any damage or loss of property during your stay.
